Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong background in general ledger management, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and payroll? Our innovative client in Rancho Cordova is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join their dynamic team.
Position Highlights
- Role: Senior Staff Accountant
- Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger, AR, AP, and payroll.
- Skills Needed:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop is a must.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process and oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Execute payroll processes with precision and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.

Pay $33 - $40 per hr.
