Responsibilities:

• Perform snow removal services for residential and commercial properties.
• Handle general handyman tasks including repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure safety standards are followed during all work activities.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and communication with property owners.
• Report any additional maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a handyman or in a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with snow removal or outdoor property maintenance is a plus.
