Snow Removal/Mow Crew - Alex's Proscape

Alex's Proscape, a premier landscaping company in State College, PA, is seeking a skilled and experienced laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a strong attention to detail. This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including leaf cleanup, mowing, string trimming and general clean up, as well as snow removal to include hand shoveling and possibility of operating snow removal equipment. The laborer will work closely with our team to ensure that every project meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Shovel/plow snow as needed during weather events
• Apply salt/ice melt as needed 
• Fall cleanup to include leaf blowing, raking and general cleanup
• Mowing during mow season (begin in spring 2025)

• Work as a team player is a MUST

   

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a laborer
• Prefer prior experience with snow equipment
• Strong work ethic 
• Ability to work in cold weather/snow 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
