About the Job
Position: Snack Bar Attendant
I. Essential Functions:
Provide world-class service to all Members and their guests with genuinely enthusiastic, personalized service based on basic philosophies of BraeBurn Country Club Handbook & Training.
II.Job Duties/Tasks
1. Take food and beverage orders from Members and guests and give to the appropriate person to execute
2.Maintain a strong knowledge of your area’s menus
3.Maintain a clean, neat working space
4. Fulfill opening, closing and other daily procedures as necessary
5.Whenever possible, greet Members & guests at the window as they arrive.
6.Whenever possible, greet Members by name with a smile and a pleasant demeanor,
7.Maintain a high level of visibility and equal association with all Members
8. Ensure products are charged to the correct account
9. Maintain a clean neat dining room. Clean tables, in a timely fashion.
10. Maintain clean and stocked condiment sets; order sauces and chutneys from Bar manager to keep par stock levels.
11. Maintain par stock level of foods, beverages, and supplies per the daily stock sheets.
12. Maintain good personal hygiene, and overall appearance
13. Abide and adhere to the Club employee handbook
14. Assist other departments and perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
15. Communicates to F&B Director and Executive Chef all Member input & experiences within their department to help promote the best possible products & services throughout the Club
16. The working hours of this position are most commonly Tuesday through Sunday 7am-6pm If the Club is open on a Monday Holiday, that shift will be 7am – 6pm and we will likely be closed the following Tuesday.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to withstand long periods of time on their feet and walking various distances. Must be able to deal with, in a respectable manner, stressful situations while ultimately correcting the problem. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities.
IV. Education and/or Experience:
TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification.
Service experience preferred with strong oral communication
and guest relation skills. Knowledge of proper food and beverage handling, storage and sanitation requirements preferred. Flexible schedule preferred.
