Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and organize daily work schedules, assignments, and production plans to achieve production goals.
- Set up and operate SMT production lines, including stencil printers, pick and place machines, and ovens.
- Identify and lead projects focused on process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain Lean practices, including 5S, waste elimination, built-in quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure a safe working environment by utilizing safe working methods and addressing unsafe conditions.
- Monitor and ensure the quality and workmanship of the team to meet product specifications.
- Manage and complete all necessary documentation and daily reports, including job travelers and Epicor transactions.
- Program and debug SMT equipment.
- Support continuous improvement activities and assist in maintaining the calibration of testing/inspection equipment.
What you need for this position:
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Extensive experience with PCBA production equipment.
- Skilled in manipulating ODB++ files for programming.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experienced in using basic hand tools and battery-operated tools.
- Competent in maintaining and repairing small tools and equipment.
