At Meta, you can play a key part leading this movement on our Small Business Sales Marketing team. We are looking for a sales enablement marketing professional for our small business audience.In this role, you will help enable Sales to generate revenue by creating engaging sales content. You will report to the Small Business Sales Enablement Team Lead and partner with Sales Managers, Product Marketing, Regional Enablement, Communications, Legal and others to help develop and deliver enablement content with a programmatic approach to sales execution. To succeed in this role, you are a skilled, clear and concise communicator; adept at working with and influencing cross-functional partners, many of whom work in regions outside North America; and can lead projects autonomously against tight deadlines. This role is focused on enabling sales teams in APAC and LATAM. These teams are focused on Meta’s Messaging products (ads that click to Messenger and ads that click to WhatsApp). Experience collaborating with international teams, particularly in APAC and LATAM, is a plus but not required.
Required Skills:
Small Business Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement Responsibilities:
1. Partner with Sales, Legal, Product, and Communication teams to develop compelling sales communications materials/assets.
2. Devise sales communication strategies and guidance related to our initiatives.
3. Develop clear, concise, and differentiated internal communications to improve the sales teams' understanding of company programs, responses, and initiatives.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional partners to roll out new or changed messaging to the sales teams.
5. Proactively engage with sales managers and sales representatives to gather qualitative feedback on messaging and use feedback to further optimize messaging/deliverables, and share best practices.
6. Plan and execute prioritized work by selecting an appropriate method to most effectively achieve project objectives.
7. Stay on top of industry and market trends. Become an expert in Meta's ad products, partners, narrative and audiences.
8. Work closely with leadership and global cross-functional teams, to activate proactive and reactive messages across sales channels and to mitigate risk.
9. Some travel required to Meta office and call center locations.

10. 8+ years of marketing and communications experience, including sales enablement experience from a marketing perspective
11. Experience creating sales communications that produce measurable results
12. Experience with online advertising industry and/or small and medium businesses

14. Experience creating sales communication strategies for both global and regional audiences
15. Collaboration experience with international teams, particularly in APAC and/or LATAM
16. Experience thinking strategically through complex concepts and translating into easy-to-understand ideas
17. Analytical and problem-solving experience, and experience adapting materials based on data and insights
18. Experience effectively collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners and prioritizing work against goals and deadlines
19. Project management and communication experience
20. Experience using Meta Business products (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business Account, Ads Manager, Commerce Manager, etc.)
21. Experience working independently and within teams, and maintaining solid judgment in fast-paced environments
22. Experience with sales processes including inbound lead response and outbound prospecting
23. Experience with small business challenges and needs
Public Compensation:
$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
