Key Responsibilities
- Project Work: Perform remodeling and carpentry tasks such as framing, cabinetry, trim, and custom finish work with precision and attention to detail.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and execute plans according to project specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project leads and other carpenters to ensure seamless project execution.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and ensure finished projects meet company and client expectations.
- Job Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Tool Use: Use carpentry tools effectively and ensure proper care of company-provided equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in carpentry or a similar field is required. Residential remodeling experience is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using carpentry tools. Experience in completing projects from start to finish, including; layout, framing, exteriors, windows, doors, interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, and finish works, is highly preferred.
- Work Ethic: A team player with a strong commitment to professionalism and dependability.
- Tools: Must have transportation, common carpenter tools and belt for general construction. Ability to pull a trailer is a plus.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of handling physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods.
- Learning Attitude: Open to mentorship and eager to develop new skills in a hands-on environment.

Work Schedule
- Full-time: Monday to Friday
- Occasional overtime or Saturday work may be required.
