Skilled Nursing Facility Admissions Nurse - Jonesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC

Jonesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an energetic and dynamic RN/LPN for our Admission Nurse Postion.

The Admission nurse is responsible for working collaboratively with the Clinical Team in responding to inpatient referral request from clinicians, patients, family members, Emergency Departments, Managed Care Company staff, and others. The Admission RN/LPN will facilitate patient admission to the facility, complete the intial assessment, as well as assist with processing demographic, MAR Reconciliation, and other duties as assigned.
