_Note: The hourly rate for this position is $18 - $22 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Job Responsibilities:
+ Measures, cuts, and installs various types of window treatments to include blinds, shutters, and shades
+ Removes old window treatments if needed, taking care to avoid damage to the surrounding area
+ Perform necessary adjustments on draperies and blinds to fit the windows perfectly
+ Inspect the final installation to ensure it meets specifications
+ Works independently or as a part of a team Works off ladders, and arial lifts
Qualifications & Experience:
+ Have previous experience in window treatment installation
+ Possess strong attention to detail and customer service skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
+ Obtain necessary tools and components and the lay out of work
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools
+ Perform physical labor that requires considerable use of arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of tools and materials on construction sites
+ Ability to complete / pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and have a clean motor vehicle record
