Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Execute precise concrete pouring and finishing techniques for various applications such as sidewalks, slabs, and decorative projects.
Skillfully apply finishes like broom, stamped, and trowel to concrete surfaces.
Install reinforcing materials as required by project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and project documents to ensure all work meets design and regulatory standards.
Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and contribute positively to our team and company culture.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential and commercial concrete, demo, installation, and finishing.
Valid Driver's License and ability to meet DOT physical standards.
Experience with driving and towing vehicles for project needs is preferred.
Strong ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction.
