Position Title: CNC Maintenance Technician
Wage: $54,080 - $79,040/year
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6:20am 2:35pm

CNC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Execute routine, preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance activities for the manufacturing equipment and support equipment
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair control and non-control-based production equipment
- Identify problems and solutions on existing equipment; make recommendations for component standardization across the facility
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Leader and Production Unit on equipment projects, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource scheduling
- Manage planned downtime activities by ordering parts and organizing resources to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area after completing each job
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and maintainability
- Document work orders, inventory control, and other relevant activities
- Assist in developing preventive, predictive, and repair tasks and procedures
- Follow all safety regulations, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements
- Utilize systems for inventory control, labor reporting, maintenance requests, preventive maintenance, and purchasing
- Effectively communicate issues with relevant personnel to ensure smooth information flow
- Assist the Production Unit with line changeovers and setups as needed
- Adhere to the Fleet Safety Program when operating vehicles for work purposes
- Support and promote continuous improvement goals, quality management, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
Requirements for CNC Maintenance Technician:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least five years or more of industrial maintenance experience (pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical)
- Training certifications in a technical field (PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical) preferred
- Experience in operating, programming and troubleshooting PLCs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work from a ladder or elevated platform
- Ability to maintain a forklift license
- Solid troubleshooting skills in pneumatics, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
