Lemieux & Associates, a leading national investigative firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated SIU/Claims Assistant Case Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with experienced professionals.

What You'll Do:

Quality Assurance: Review investigative reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client guidelines. Provide constructive feedback to investigative field staff and Case Managers regarding identified quality issues and make recommendations for further initiatives.

Case Management: Manage assigned caseloads, tracks deadlines, and maintain accurate and well-organized case files.

Client Communication: Interact with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with field investigators to provide support and guidance.

Administrative Tasks: Proofread investigative reports for proper format and readability and handle administrative duties such as report generation and data entry.

What You'll Need:

Experience: At least 2 years of SIU/Claims experience in insurance investigations or a related field is strongly preferred.

Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education: Associates Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field or a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience conducting SIU/Claims insurance investigations is preferred.
