The Site Supervisor is to sit on-site with our client and oversee a small team. The position is responsible for daily service delivery, employee management, overall customer satisfaction, and strict adherence to all SPS policies. The Site Lead will act as the main liaison with the Department Manager & other FTEs
Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all clients and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
What you will be doing:
• Provides oversight and management of onsite SPS vendor staff
• Ensures SPS team members follow SOPs, guidelines, and policies
• Ensures SPS staff are properly trained
• Provides coaching and guidance to SPS staff
• Supervisors also work alongside team performing duties and must be cross
trained to support all tasks required for that site, including, but not limited to
routes, receiving, mail services, shipping, floaters, freight coordination &
logistics, loading dock operations, and customer service/help desk.
• Must be experienced with and able to troubleshoot issues regarding tracking
software, secure lockers, and other tools & technology used by the SRM
team. In some field offices, Supervisors will collaborate with cross-functional
partners to support waste, secure waste, and e-waste programs

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent work experience is acceptable)4 + years of equivalent experience required
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the following: scheduling or
calendar software, logistics tracking software (experience with BearTracks is
a plus), database software, Numbers or Excel, and Pages or Word
• Effective organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Superior communication skills, with an ability to summarize and share
relevant information in a clear and easy-to-understand way, across all levels
• Acts with a sense of urgency and quickly respond to emails, texts, and phone
calls to provide a high standard of service to customers and colleagues.
• Must be a proactive team player and problem solver who digs into the details
to make positive contributions
• Works cross-functionally across all levels and has a sense of curiosity

Physical Demands:
- Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
- Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.).
- Physically able to talk on the phone and input data simultaneously.
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus and ability to match or may include detection of differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness.
Travel: Some local travel is required for this position. Approximately up to 25%.
