Toonen Properties is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor in the Green Bay and Fox Valley areas.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team and oversee multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.

The Site Supervisor will manage daily operations on a multifamily construction site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and team members.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and plans.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, architects, and engineers to address and resolve issues.
Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports on the status of the project.

Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and OSHA standards.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and direct the work of subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Provide on-site training and guidance to workers as needed.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Toonen Properties’ quality standards and specifications.
Identify and resolve any deficiencies or issues in workmanship.
Ensure site cleanliness including snow removal

Resource Management:

Manage site resources, including equipment and materials, to prevent delays and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate deliveries and storage of materials to align with project timelines.

Communication:

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Communicate regularly with the Project Manager to update on progress and address any concerns.
Attend project meetings and contribute to planning and strategy sessions.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field helpful.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in multifamily housing.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the construction software BuilderTrend is a plus.
Proficiency in operating skid steers and telehandlers.

Certifications:

OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (preferred).
First Aid and CPR Certification (preferred).
