Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $ 60,000 - $100,000 / annually. Total compensation for this role includes overtime opportunity as well. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.

What you will do:
- Responsible for planning, analyzing and timely completion of assigned activities
- Communicates with customers and their representatives, including building owners, subcontractors, and field support staff.
- Ensures compliance with internal contracting processes.
- Support the Project Manager in establishing an operations budget for assigned projects by revising the original estimate based on validated project scope.
- Support Project Manager in validating and establishing project installation budgets.
- Oversees the following: preparation of Trane material and vendor orders; recording the receipt of materials
- Support the Project manager in preparing the sub-contractor request for quotation's (RFQ) including: scope statements; plans and milestone dates; specs; bonding requirements; and billing schedule of values.
- Supervises work of project assigned staff, subcontractors and installers.
- Generates technician work orders and prioritize tasks.
- Support Project Manager in change order management by recommending solutions, facilitating quotes and closing orders.
- Ensures that safety and quality standards are maintained for assigned projects.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers or their representative.
- Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews.
- Supports the transition of warranty to the service process.
- Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.
- Some travel with occasional overnight stays.
What you will bring:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school in engineering or construction management and 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and engineering drawing tools. Some computer programming experience is required.
- Familiarity with the concepts of new construction, renovation/retrofit; performance contracting, and service project management. Must possess the communication skills and level of literacy, scientific knowledge and mathematical skills commensurate with the completion of High School and/or higher-level education.
- Must have a general knowledge of basic engineering, electricity, mechanical HVAC systems and the building construction industry.
- Prefer experience and knowledge in using Project Management Tools (CPM, PERT, Gantt Charts); knowledge of Microsoft Office, Primavera Expedition, Microsoft Project Manager or P3/Suretrak and familiarity with financially guaranteed contracts, the operation of energy management systems, HVAC systems, temperature controls, and process control systems.
