As a Site Superintendent at TriCrest Homes, you will oversee every phase of construction, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Your ability to manage processes, coordinate teams, and engage with high-net-worth clients will be critical to the success of our projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Quality Oversight: Conduct daily site walks to ensure quality control, progress, and compliance with plans.
- Procore Management: Use our Procore platform to manage punch lists, daily logs, change orders, and basic budget tracking.
- Client & Team Interaction: Act as the primary liaison with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and designers to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
- Project Management: Oversee all phases of the construction process, from pre-development to final walkthroughs and post-construction warranty work.
- Budget Collaboration: Assist managers in gathering bids, researching materials, and managing pricing for change orders.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize detailed project documentation in Excel, Word, and Procore.
- Vendor Research: Identify new subcontractor and vendor opportunities while staying on top of trends in luxury building materials and design.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for a high-performing leader with a proven track record in the luxury residential construction space.
- Experience:
- 5+ years managing high-end custom residential homes.
- Proficiency in using Procore for project management.
- Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for creating and managing detailed documents.
