Site Superintendent - Metric Geo

Seeking a Superintendent for an established General Contractor in the Northern NJ area. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, high performing team and make an impact. Primarily focused on Commercial/Education/Multi-Family/Industrial/Healthcare projects Daily travel to jobsites required.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• 5+years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with experience running teams
• Relevant Degree is preferred.
• Manage sub-contractors, site management, budgeting, from take-offs to closeout.
• Knowledge of on-site safety measures and local laws/regulations, run toolbox talks, ect.
• Relationships with local subcontractors preferred.
• Experience with site layouts, coordinating deliveries, inspections, interfacing with Project Managers and Clients.
• Proficient in construction software (Bluebeam/Procore/Ect.)

Salary/Benefits:

• $130k-$170k+ base salary based on experience
