We're currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Superintendent to join our team at a renowned client in the construction industry. Our client is a leader in construction, and they're seeking a results-oriented leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of their construction sites.
Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and budgets.

Lead and motivate a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and foremen.

Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce all safety regulations on the job site.

Manage the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors.

Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and quality control records.

Identify and resolve construction problems proactively.

Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent.

Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).

A valid driver's license.

Completed projects from start to finish.

OSHA certification is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of construction methods and materials. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project). A valid driver's license. PMP certification is a plus
