Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and staff key field positions through regional department heads
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy
- Represent the company in project meetings, assist in labor negotiations/strategy meetings, etc.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with Client
- Assume additional responsibilities as directed by corporate executives
- Plan, schedule and manage project materials, labor, and equipment procurement within the project's budget constraints and consistent with the project delivery schedule
- Monitor project closely to proactively address out-of-scope work requests, unforeseen conditions, and time impacts and promptly resolve with Owner
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of total experience as the lead PM on Public Works, buildings, new construction projects
- Minimum 10 years of experience as the lead PM for at least 75% of the project duration on California, K-14, DSA jurisdiction, buildings, new construction projects
- Minimum experience as the lead PM for at least 75% of the project duration on at least one, $100M or greater, Public Works, buildings, new construction project
- Minimum experience as the lead PM for at least 75% of the project duration on at least two, $50M or greater, design-bid-build delivery, buildings, new construction projects
- Must have experience with LEED projects, preferably LEED Accredited
- Must be detail-oriented, assertive, and organized
- Must work well with DSA
- This project requires prompt communication with several parties. Must have excellent written communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- $130,000 to $155,000 plus a monthly auto allowance
- The offered rate will be based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience.
- This position is eligible for our benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance. We also offer a 401(k) plan with company match, company paid holidays and vacation.
