Site Manager - MWH Treatment

We are looking to strengthen our Construction team with a Site Manager, site-based within the Thames Water region. You will report directly to the Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the site team to ensure safe management of all site activities.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and report on project progress.
• Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant degree or certification in construction management.
