The Site Manager oversees and manages all activities of the facility, profit and loss statements, team performance, ensuring exceptional customer service by supervising, monitoring and managing operational goals and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Handling the day-to-day management of the warehouse and its team associates.
Ensuring the site is following safety practices.
Ensure the customer requirements are being met.
Monitoring the performance and progress of staff.
Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
Ensure all associates are following policies and procedures.
Hold weekly safety meetings.
Forecast and monitor associate staffing to prescribed operational levels and provide recommendations to effectively address operational and HR related issues or problems.
Schedule one on one meetings with employees and supervisors to discuss individual growth opportunities.
Ensure quality inventory control through managing cycle counts.
Must be aware of what is going in and out of facility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business or related field preferred.
Must have at least 10 years of Management Experience in Distribution/Logistics - 3PL Preferred.
Knowledge of P&L.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skilled at counseling/teaching/training
Understanding and execution of good safety practices
Inventory control management
Excellent communication skills; ability to motivate work force
Knowledge of conflict resolution and associate problem solving

Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise both exempt and non-exempt associates
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting.

Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
Bilingual-English/Spanish a plus
Proven record of cost savings
Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays if needed.
