Job Description:
Card Benefits Site Analyst The Cards Benefits digital experience provides Client credit card customer with a holistic view of their credit card benefits and all it offers. The site has an integrated customer experience with Banking Online providing a one-stop experience for customers to learn about their card and benefits while they are online servicing their card. The Analyst role is responsible for managing aspects of the implementation of site enhancements and content changes. In addition, the analyst is responsible for setting up and reporting on customer behavior and Key Performance Indicators of the site and managing budgets and site traffic forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the site assets (site change/enhancement requirements, creative, copy, and legal approvals), including: logging assets into the Client and vendor SharePoint sites, developing inventory logs, and managing version control.
Assisting in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of site changes and ADA compliance.
Coordination and management of Post-Implementation and FUT (Friendly User Testing).
Audit of systemic reports from the site to verify content accuracy
Reporting and analysis of site performance data, including but not limited to Site Catalyst analytics
Manage Site traffic forecasting and trends.
Analysis of online survey results and dissemination of customer satisfaction issues and pain points to sponsors.
Management and reconciliation of Banking Online offers linking over to Card Benefits pages (aka, SOM offer) and working with submitters when corrections are necessary.
Manage creative and site enhancement budgets and associated reporting.
Qualifications:
College Bachelor degree
Excellent organizational skills, project management and attention to detail.
Strong in analytical skills with knowledge of Excel (and basic macros), Word and Powerpoint
Prior experience in Site Catalyst preferred
Verbal and written communication skills
Teachable, self-starter with the desire to shape their role
Customer focused and committed to site excellence
