Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating the Sit Down forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols to ensure efficient operations within the warehouse environment.

Bilingual English and Vietnamese or Korean language encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Operate Sit Down forklift, to load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Handle materials with care during shipping and receiving processes.
- Ensure proper stacking and storage of products in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance according to OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using basic math skills for counting and tracking purposes.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in training new team members on safe forklift operation and warehouse procedures as needed.

Requirements

- Drug Test is Required
- Proven experience in materials handling within a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Valid forklift operator certification is required.
- Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and record keeping.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience working under the supervision of a warehouse supervisor is advantageous.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
