SUMMARY:
Responsible for the beverage service to Guests, Cocktailers and/or Food Servers in an assigned outlet ensuring efficient and prompt service for guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
- Responsible for the mixing and serving alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
- Responsible for the mixing and serving beverages in a service station capacity to Beverage Servers in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor store and supplies.
- Responsible for balancing sales in compliance with the Cash Handling and Over/Short Policy.
- Maintain a neat and clean bar station on a continual basis.
- Knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and Bartenders’ responsibilities and rights under it.
- Knowledge of all beverage regulations.
- Participate as a team member with all Cocktailers, Casino Utilities, Servers, and Supervisors and any pertinent Grand Casino’s Associates to ensure efficient operational standard.
- Works in Outlets as needed
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Previous Bartending experience of one year.
- Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months.
