Sign & Print Inside Sales Representative at Allegra Marketing Print Mail & Image360 Tampa-East

This is a LOCAL HIRE, In-Person Only

REQUIRED 4 Years Experience in SIGN or PRINT working with Customers, Preparing Quotes, Communicating with Art, Production, Shipping & Installation Departments, and outside Vendors.

REQUIRED Working knowledge of setting up print files using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) For either print or vehicles.

We are located in the Tampa/Brandon area and seek someone who lives within a 25-minute drive to our location at 2705 N. Falkenburg Rd.

$22 - $29 hourly

• Quickly establish rapport with customers and gather complete information to prepare sign and print solutions to meet their needs.
• Maintain excellent communication with internal team and outside vendors to provide products and services that exceed customer expectations.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment prioritizing efforts to meet goals
• Be the team member that customers will leave 5 star reviews for and will return and ask for you by name.

• Four years of sign & print experience, enjoy working with customers, vendors, and the inside team to manage customer projects that earn 5 star reviews.
• Working knowledge of Quoting software (Printers Plan), Outlook, and Salesforce (Plan Prophet) to manage jobs and customer information
• Basic graphic design software experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and the ability to create print and cut files for vehicle wraps and print
• Excellent customer service skills and communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional & friendly clear-speaking voice
• Four years of experience in the sign or print industry
