About the Team

Join our Retail team, which operates 5 showrooms and 35 Nordstrom locations, focusing on meeting diverse customer needs and providing exceptional support.

Your Role

We seek a Showroom District Manager for Santa Monica, CA, to enhance our retail presence. You will manage operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

• Oversee showroom and Nordstrom operations
• Build and train a strong team
• Manage scheduling and communication
• Implement safety procedures
• Assist with showroom launches
• Promote our brand values

Who You Are

• 8-10 years in retail, 5+ in management
• Proven team leadership skills
• Strong communicator
• Organized and accountable
• Tech-savvy (Google Suite/Microsoft Office)
• Willing to travel
• Experience in department stores is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary: $77,000 - $100,000 annually, based on skills and location.

Work Environment

Onsite roles require full-time presence in our showrooms. We host events for all team members.
