Showroom Administrator at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a full time Showroom Administrator for a client Carrboro, NC. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and a key member of the administrative team. This is an exciting role with a local, family-owned and operated business.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom clients / initial point of contact for clients and prospective clients
• Answer high volume of phone calls and direct calls appropriately
• Schedule appointments and manage interoffice calendar
• Entering quotes into the system, converting quotes to orders and placing purchase orders
• Support Showroom Sales Team
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Create specification books with client selections
• Maintain and keep the showroom area, kitchen, and coffee station clean and organized.

Requirements

• Experience in an administrative or customer service role
• Professional manner and appearance with the ability to make a good first impression
• Ability to multi-task, self-motivate, set goals, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer proficiency including Google Calendar, Gmail and basic Excel
