Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding their ideal homes
• Dedicate at least 10 hours each week to lead generation activities
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their home search criteria
• Actively participate in team events and activities as per team guidelines
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
