Responsibilities
- Lead generate for 15 hours per week, utilizing social media to attract and engage potential buyer clients.
- Conduct two open houses each month to showcase properties and connect with prospective buyers.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments with qualified clients.
- Assist buyers by guiding them through the home-buying process and offering expert advice.
- Support the negotiation and offer-writing process to help buyers secure their ideal homes.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
