Responsibilities

• Continuously expand your market knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
• Utilize PLACE lead generation models and systems effectively.
• Guide buyers through the home-buying process, secure signed agreements, and assist them in finding the right property.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers.
• Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology and CRM tools.
• Host two open houses per week.
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
• Engage in daily script practice and role-playing to enhance communication and conversion skills.
• Participate in team lead generation activities in line with team standards.
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services.
• Prepare and negotiate offers.
