In this role, you’ll assist with bathing and grooming residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being, while working collaboratively with other caregivers to deliver high-quality daily nursing care.

### Key Responsibilities 

- Bathing & Grooming: Assist residents with daily hygiene, including brushing teeth/dentures, oral care, and bathing (bed, bathtub, or shower). Provide hair care, such as combing, brushing, and shampooing.  

- Bed Maintenance: Change bed linens, ensuring they are smooth and wrinkle-free to promote resident comfort.  

- Support Daily Needs: Help residents with bowel and bladder functions, including bathroom assistance, bedpan/urinal use, and portable commodes.  

- Activity Preparation: Assist residents in getting ready for activities, social programs, and special events (e.g., church services, parties, and visits).  

- Medical Assistance: Change dressings, bandages, and binders as directed by nursing staff.  

- Resident Monitoring: Regularly check on residents who may be unable to call for help, ensuring their safety and comfort.

### Qualifications  

- Certification: Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.  

- Skills: Strong attention to detail, compassion, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
