Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Direct-to-Consumer Shopify Store Manager to support one of our fast-growing DTC channels at Fortune Brands Innovations. The Shopify Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day Shopify Store Management. This role is critical in accelerating the business and ensuring the smooth execution of end-to-end DTC activities. The ideal candidate has a strong marketing background, is highly organized, and can handle a fast-paced environment. This is not a design or development role.
Location: This position is eligible to work remotely in the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage product inventory, coordinating with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and products are delivered on time
- Performance Analysis: Analyze website traffic, sales data, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Conversion Optimization: Implement A/B testing, analyze results, and apply insights to improve conversion rates and average order value
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the consumer communication team to execute campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies, ensuring they are effectively reflected on the website
- Third-Party Integrations: Manage and optimize third-party apps and integrations to enhance the functionality of the Shopify store
- Strategic Planning: Assist in strategic planning and manage the tactical execution of DTC operations, including promotional strategies, exclusive offers, assortment bundles, and other growth drivers.
- Site Merchandising and Coupon Management
- Work closely with Shopify tools to continuously evolve and implement effective site conversion tactics.
- Segmentation and Personalization: Develop and implement segmentation and personalization strategies, utilizing A/B testing to optimize results.
- Insurance Lifecycle Partnership: Work closely with the Post-engagement Lifecycle team to enhance communication improve LTV and foster positive recommendations
- Serves as the central touchpoint for all cross-functional DTC Insurance Support
- Bachelor’s Degree in technology or business administration, marketing discipline or equal years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience using project tracking software.
- Experience managing Direct Website Commerce.
- Experience successfully managing cross-functional projects with complex stakeholder involvement, and complicated timelines and deliverables.
- Highly effective at prioritization, planning and alignment across multiple projects
- Strong, effective, and clear oral and written communication
- Experience developing and executing operational solutions that are simple for a team, that scale, and that will endure
- Strong team player, willing and able to lead as well as step in, roll up your sleeves, and do the work
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment

Additional Information:
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $126,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
