The Shop on Sansom Sales and Fitness Associate position is an immersion into the workings of a top Fitness and Retail operation. Create memorable and personalized experiences for club members. Ensure that the wants and need of members and guests are consistently exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Cordially greets members, guests, and visitors by a proper name upon arrival. Ascertains their needs and directs them accordingly while maintaining a positive personality.
- Become well equipped with our Jonas POS System.
- Always maintain and manage a full shop, re-stock merchandise accordingly.
- Maintain and manage the Ladies Locker Room assuring that the shelves are stocked.
- Keep the locker room tidy and alert Housekeeping if anything needs attention.
- Greet and check members in to the Fitness Center.
- Help customers with any questions or concerns they have while in the store or Fitness Center.
- Assisting customers as needed by checking backstock to make sales.
- Performing transactions like sales and returns.
- Arranging merchandise on shelves and in displays.
- Assist with stock room organization by removing and replacing product, fixtures, and other materials in an organized manner.
- Market all promotional sales in Shop on Sansom.
- Place special orders with vendor partners and provide follow-up communication to members.
- Maintain the storage for décor and other office supplies. Use creative freedom to help design an updated, efficient, and streamlined space for our storage needs.
