Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their automotive needs, and provide clear and professional advice on necessary services.
Service Coordination: Schedule repairs, maintenance, and inspections while coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Team Leadership: Oversee daily shop operations, including supervising technicians and front-office staff to maintain a positive and productive
work environment.
Sales and Profitability: Promote recommended services and repairs, ensure accurate estimates, and work to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
Inventory Management: Monitor parts inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure stock levels align with shop requirements.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all services are performed to Meineke's high standards and resolve any customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Administrative Duties: Manage invoices, payments, and customer records using the shop’s management software.
Qualifications: Experience in automotive service advising, shop management, or a related field (Meineke or similar industry experience is a plus).Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes Proficiency in computer systems and shop management software. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
