What You Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 4 years of Shop managing experience
- Experience running a smaller scale manufacturing shop is required.
- Experience managing a small team in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
