Shipping and Receiving Manager - Anaheim, CA

Elite Sourcing is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Manager for a for a leading metal fabricator serving Southern California. You will lead all shipping and receiving operations, ensuring efficient material flow and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and train shipping/receiving staff, fostering a productive and accountable team environment.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, implement control procedures, and conduct audits to ensure accuracy.
• Shipping & Receiving Operations: Manage inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and resolving issues promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure shipment accuracy and collaborate with quality teams to address concerns.
• Process Improvement: Streamline operations, implement best practices, and monitor performance metrics to achieve efficiency goals.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in shipping/receiving leadership, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory systems, shipping software, and safety regulations.
• Forklift operation proficiency is a plus.
