We are currently looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. This position is responsible for: 

· Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment – assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping.

• Receiving, unpacking, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and supplies.
• Entering received materials into inventory.
• Forwarding receiving documentation to Accounting and deliver accepted materials to destination.
• Verifying accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders based on shipping records.
• Documenting damages and discrepancies.
• Participating in customer system audits.
• Notifing plant quality representative of non-conforming receipts.
• Developing procedures for the departments.
• Assisting new team members with knowledge and expertise.
• Writing routine reports that include basic mathematics, ratios, and percentages in graph and/or diagram form.
• Reading and interpreting documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
