Job Title: Inventory Planner III

Job Location: Redmond, WA 98052/Kirkland, WA 98033

Job Duration: 5 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $23.90/hr to $24.90/hr

Job Description:

• Strong execution of data and processes is required.


• The successful candidate must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.


• Manage inbound shipments: PO tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.


• Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.


• Execute a variety of purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.


• They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.


• The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and be able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.

Day to Day:

• Physical/WH: 60%


• It is almost ALL moving pallets around with electric pallet jacks


• Receiving shipments


• Getting the tracking number


• Using SAP to look up the packages.


• Tracking down the associated PO (sometimes they aren’t uploaded correctly so then they have to figure out where to find it)


• Organizing inventory using SAP as well.

Must-Have:

• Receiving experience


• Understanding ERP system (preferably SAP)


• Some sort of warehouse experience


• Cultural:: Willing to work, good communication skills, bias for ACTION!
