*Day Shift* Burlington or Yorkville Plant

Experience / Qualifications: 

Shipping experience with a food manufacturer with a freezer environment preferred.

Basic computer skills:  MS Office & Excel

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Seeking candidate that is flexible & a strong team player.

Must be detailed and organized.


Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

*Scheduling trucks, communication with multiple departments, sending EDI for customers, printing shipping labels, knowledge of customer shipping requirements and follow up with team

*Assist with handling cold storage transfers, and training new staff as they come in to be knowledgeable of the freezer, trucks, dock, product, paperwork handling, and forklifts.

*Report discrepancies to customer service and management

*Maintain a safe environment for product and staff operations within the shipping dock and freezer. Assist with enforcing efficient timing of loading trucks.

*Handle BOL and pick slip maintenance.
