Shipping Associate - Factory at Buck Mason

The Mohnton Factory team is seeking a detail-oriented shipping associate to help maintain records of inventory, reconcile discrepancies in inventories, and notify the Supervisor of irregularities.

Responsibilities

• Outbound shipping from our BM-owned Factory to our BM Warehouse and/or Retail Locations.
• Pulling, Packing, Shipping & Processing Purchase Orders.
• Track and report daily shipping totals.
• Coordinate and arrange shipment details with Freight Carriers and Shipping Couriers.
• Coordinate product pick-ups / drop-offs with local 3rd Party Vendors.
• Labeling, Replenishing, Sorting, Auditing, Packing with Strong Attention to Detail.
• Communicate with other department leads on production flow and processes.
• Assist with performing cycle counts for product and supply audits as needed.
• Meet Safety, Quality, Productivity, Behavior and Attendance Expectations.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and have a working knowledge of the following: Google Suite, Email, Slack, Bartender, Courier/Freight Carrier Software.
• Ensure ship stations are stocked with supplies and order as needed.
• Equipment: Auto Folding Table / Auto Poly Bagger, Pallet Jack, Computer, UPC Scanning Equipment / Zebra Label Printer, Company-owned Van.
• Apparel/Textile industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Voluntary overtime as needed.
• Maintain a clean working area.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment.

Buck Mason designs updated, modern American classics for daily wear. Founded in 2013 by Sasha Koehn and Erik Allen, they initially set up shop in a 350 square foot garage in Venice, California. Using old school manufacturing techniques combined with modern technology, they took an architectural approach to product with the goal of making fashion less complicated, building each piece to last beyond a single season.
