About the Job
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Uphold food, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage daily operations: food prep, inventory, and safety.
- Support training programs and enhance staff morale.
- Handle cash-out procedures and POS training.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Open and close the restaurant as needed.
- Experience in restaurant supervision preferred.
- Proficient in purchasing, sanitation, and other restaurant functions.
- ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification or equivalent.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
