While working as a Shift Supervisor at Chartwells Higher Ed - University of Utah Campus, you start your day by training and scheduling your team, ensuring they are equipped for success. You evaluate their performance, rewarding high achievers and providing guidance to those who need support. Utilizing your organizational skills, you take charge of production and sales reports, maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. Acting as a point of contact, you address employee concerns and handle time-off requests. In this mentor role, you empower your team to set goals and strive for advancement within our organization. Your flexibility is apparent as you assist wherever needed, collaborating with other departments and handling unforeseen challenges. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We are looking for a leader who can effectively problem solve. This supervisor position should have exceptional people skills.

We also require:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• Ability to life 25 pounds
• Basic math and language skills
