Job Details

Job Details:

Oversee the production and operation of the manufacturing processes.
Coordinate and schedule production activities to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor quality control measures to ensure regulatory standards are met.
Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in production as a supervisor or related industry.
Strong knowledge of leadership and production background
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
