Shift Supervisor - Carl's Jr

We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the Restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• A Shift Leader supervises a team of Restaurant Employees
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency/productivity
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly/period results and trends of the Restaurant
• Resolve escalated customer concerns/issues
• Control Costs – Labor, Food, Cash, Supplies
• 8-Week Training Plan for certification

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Restaurant Industry a plus (Not Required) we will train you.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Excellent People Skills - Motivate/Train Employees
• Strong leadership qualities
• Positive Attitude/Friendly
• A Shift Leader must be able to multi task
• Flexible schedule
• Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
