Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Location: Newell Brands - 221 River Street 13th Floor, Hoboken, NJ 07030

Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure team productivity.
• Train and mentor staff to meet performance standards.
• Coordinate schedules and manage workflow effectively.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
