Responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor:
Leading shifts effectively
Leading day to day tasks
Properly handling CARES calls and customer complaints in the restaurant
Leading productivity effectively
Ensure the completion of Jolt checklists
Attending and contributing at Department meetings bi-weekly
Establishing accountability with Team Members
Maintaining a fun work environment
Communicating expectations to the team, ranging from Team Members to Team Leaders
Maintaining vision alignment with the Operator and Director team
Organizing the team with excellent follow through
Serv-Safe managerial certified

Requirements:
1+year of Management/ Supervisor Experience
Full-Time Availability (30+ hours)
Compensation:
The hourly wage rate is starting up to $24.
