Shift Supervisor - 2941 Street Food

• Must have strong knowledge of all roles in the 2941 Street Food Operation
• Must be able to coach, teach and motivate crew to execute all policies and procedures
• Must be able to positively interact with all guests
• Knows and understands 2941 Street Food Mission Statement and Core Values
• Greets all guest in a friendly manner and assists in the creation of guests meals
• Strong knowledge of all 2941 Street Food products and offerings
• Able to clean, organize and stock station on regular basis throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards both on the line and in the dining room
• Able to help with cleaning and storage of utensils and dishes in the back of house
• Must be team oriented and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, teammates and management
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
• Will be required to use POS system and accurately handle payment from guests
• Will be required to open or close the store at times ensuring that the shift is set up for success and the customers receive an excellent experience
• Must be able to settle proceeds nightly and accurately perform closing checklists
• Must be willing to complete all tasks and responsibilities related to an enhanced
