Shift Supervisor - Management Recruiters of Tallahassee

The company is a privately held, family-owned structural steel fabrication firm in business for over 75 years. Financially stable with a strong growth trajectory that can offer a good work-life balance for the right professional. This is a 2nd shift on-site position in the Augusta, GA area.

A qualified candidate will have:

• Three (3) plus years of experience in shop floor production, with a focus on structural steel preferred.
• Two (2) plus years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents, such as blueprints or drawings, safety guidelines, operational and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Skilled in CNC and manual machine operation.
• Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of fractions.
