Shift Manager - Tacos El Superior

Looking for Shift Manager for Fast Casual Authentic Mexican Restaurant.

Must have:

• At least 3 Years Restaurant Experience
• 1 Years experience as an Shift Manager or Assistant Manager
• Experience in Hiring/Training
• Experience with Ordering
• Ability to conduct Inventory - Weekly and Monthly
• Basic understanding of food and labor costs
• Results Driven Attitude
• Ability to take Initiative
• Availability on Nights and Weekends
• Waste Management Skills (Completed and Raw)
• Ability to effectively manage of 25 staff members.
