Shift Manager

Shift Managers are key to an efficiently run restaurant. You will utilize your diverse service skills as well as build your management style and learn how to effectively train other personnel. Having your unique customer service knowledge available to our front of the house staff will go a long way in creating a well-rounded dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Open or close the store during your shift
• Managing all in-store transactions and customer satisfaction
• Maintain all front of house Employee duties
• Employee training/coaching
• Assist in any part of the restaurant during busy hours
• Set cashiers up with their "banks" at the start of a shift
• Closing any "banks and preparing deposits at the end of a shift
• Assist with disciplinary actions and training of staff
• Completing Closing/Opening Duties as prescribed
• Always doing what's right for the guest, while making sure to do what's best for the company.
• Adhere to proper Cash Handling Procedures

Requirements:

• Be an effective communicator
• Ability to think outside the box and make snap decisions
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• May need to climb ladder up to 4 feet
• Excellent Customer Service a must
• Must wear non-slip footwear
• Maintain your uniform and inspect other personnel
• Have/obtain ServSafe & Alcohol service certifications
